Refunds: Southern Callie's does not offer refunds unless the item has a defect. No exceptions.
Exchanges: Exchanges are welcome. But we can not promise to have the same item still In Stock. If we do not you will be given a option to exchange for another item or store credit.
Exchanges on Shipped Items: All items that have been shipped that need to be exchanged. The customer will have to pay for the item to return to Southern Callie's and pay shipping for the new item to ship to you.
Store Credit: We do offer store credit on items that we can not exchange. You will be given a code to use for your next purchase.
Store Credit for Shipped Items. You will have to pay for shipping for your order.
Personalized Items: We do not refund on personalized items unless we did not correctly monogram your initials.
In Stock: All items with the exception of the pre order tab are In Stock and ready to go.
Pre Orders: All items under the pre order tab are not In Stock. If you purchase any other item under and other tab with a pre order. Your items will be held until the pre order arrives if you are a shipped customer. If you are a pick up customer you will be able to pick up any items as they are filled.
Pre-Orders ETA's: When you purchase a pre order item you will see on the item it's closing date. this is the date the item is order and the ETA starts.
Pre Order Wait Time: Most pre orders take 6/8 weeks or sooner. You can find the ETA on each item under the Pre Order Tab.
